It is understood that Herefordshire Council had intended to refuse this application, but the developer has responded by rebutting the reasons and requested the application be sent out for re-consultation. We have read through the documents and there are no changes or compromises to the last proposal with the scope of the project and the volume of traffic generated remaining as originally stated in the documentation. Taking into account that nothing has changed, it is not felt necessary to hold a further public meeting. We would however encourage people to provide further comments on the planning portal to reinforce their original view, whether they be for or against the application. Yarkhill Parish will reiterate and reinforce its original comments.
